Micromegas CMS is a completely free PHP framework and content management system. It's designed for small to medium-scale projects, with a focus on simplicity rather than a "jack-of-all-trades" approach.
It offers a clean starting point for websites and small web-app projects: it provides a solid, secure foundation while making very few assumptions about front-end design and technology. Micromegas is a modern framework, but it takes a "classic" client-server approach rather than a "JS webapp" one. Not every website is Facebook or Google... in fact, most aren't!
